My first baking attempt, AIP Banana Bread

I made banana bread as my first attempt.  I got a recipe off of the internet and mixed it up, but it was not like a batter at all, it was a lumpy mess.  I added some water and made a "gelatin egg"  and added some cinnamon for flavor.  With these additions, it looked smoother.  It's baking right now and it smells good.   We'll see about the flavor and the ability to hold together, which is often the problem with egg free/gluten free baking. 
It had a good flavor but was very, very, very dense.  I'm not really a fan.
